How the College is organised.
A leadership team built around teaching and learning, and a House structure built around belonging.
Leadership team
The Principal leads a team that includes three Assistant Principals plus a range of Programs and Pedagogy Leaders. Leadership roles change with the annual implementation plan, but the structure is consistent: a clear focus on teaching and learning, wellbeing, daily operations, and student pathways.

Each Key Learning Area also has a leader who is aligned to the Victorian Curriculum and Assessment Authority (VCAA).
The House system
Student management runs through a House structure. Every student belongs to one of four Houses, and Houses are the unit of belonging for inter-house sport, swimming and athletics carnivals, and many of the College’s wellbeing supports.

Each House is led by a House Leader, who liaises with parents and teachers. House Leaders are overseen by Middle and Senior Program Leaders. Whole-school wellbeing is supported by the Wellbeing & Inclusion team, who work across Houses.
Connect groups
Teachers are also assigned to Connect groups — vertical groups within the House — that meet regularly. Year 7 forms each have a Significant Teacher, the staff member who knows that group of students best in their first year of secondary school. This combination of vertical Connect and horizontal year-level structures is how we make sure no student goes unnoticed.
